Mailing Information
Letters from the Laughing Cabin is a quarterly print publication written and published by Christian author Susan "Honey" Williams. Each quarterly edition will ship during the first week of the following months: January, April, July and October. When you enroll in a yearly subscription, you first letter will go out at the next available publication date. (For example, if you subscribe in August or September, you will receive your first edition in October.)
All editions of Letters from the Laughing Cabin ship from Cleveland, GA, USA, through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). At this time, we ship to U.S. addresses only.
Complimentary Welcome Edition
A complimentary Welcome Edition will ship within 3-5 business days to give you something to enjoy while you wait for your subscription to begin. Your Welcome Edition will include extra goodies, too!
Sample Packets Available
If you're not ready to commit to a yearly subscription of Letters from the Laughing Cabin, a Sample Packet will help you decide. These can be ordered individually and are fun to give as gifts, too!
Back Issues
Letters to the Laughing Cabin is launching in October 2026. Although we do not yet have back issues available, we will provide ordering information once we do. Stay tuned!
Subscription Refund and Cancellation Policies
We will gladly refund the cost of any remaining quarterly editions that have not yet been shipped or delivered as part of your yearly subscription. Contact us at hello@laughingcabin.store or susan@laughingcabin.com to request your cancellation and refund. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
We will prorate your subscription based on the amount you paid minus the number of editions you have already received. Refunds are issued within 3-4 business days according to your method of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for quarterly editions that have been shipped or delivered. If your letter becomes lost in the mail, please contact us to let us know at hello@laughingcabin.store or susan@laughingcabin.com
